Welcome to the heat!

Usage & Care Instructions

Usage

Our sauna hat is designed with an oversized fit to protect not only your head, but also your hair during your session. We recommend tucking all your hair inside to prevent heat damage and dryness.

It features two removable elastic bands built into the sides. These aren’t just for looks - they’re made to protect your earphones during high heat.
If you’re wearing earphones, position the elastic bands under your ears and pull them slightly tighter. You can let them hang or tie them behind the hat - whichever feels best during your session.

Care

  • Made from 100% Australian wool
  • Spot clean with a damp cloth or wool-safe detergent
  • Do not machine wash or fully submerge in water
  • Reshape while damp if needed and let air dry completely
  • Store in a cool, dry place between sessions

Tip: To preserve the shape and softness, avoid wringing or twisting.

Usage

Wrap the sleeve around your favorite stainless steel water bottle and fasten it using the loop and pebble button.

If your bottle is on the smaller side, use the second loop setting for a tighter fit - allowing the loop to wrap outside the pebble button for extra hold.

The wrap is made from heat-safe neoprene so you can safely touch and carry your bottle throughout your sauna session - even when the heat rises.

Care

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth or mild soap
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry
  • Let air dry completely between sessions

Tip: Avoid using with glass or plastic inside high heat.

Usage

Our sauna bag is designed to protect your essentials from overheating during your session. When possible, place it on the lower bench where temperatures are slightly cooler.

For longer sessions (over 20 minutes) or high heat (above 180°F), we recommend using the included ice pack. Freeze it beforehand and place it in the inner zip pocket to help regulate internal temperature.

The bag includes flexible dividers you can adjust or remove depending on what you're carrying.

Use the built-in hooks to safely store your jewelry, and the zippered pocket for your gua sha or ice pack.

To maintain the cool environment inside, try to open the bag only when needed. Limiting how often you open it helps keep heat out and your items protected.

Care

  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth
  • Do not machine wash or submerge in water
  • Let air dry completely before next use

Tip: We love using the bag to bring hair and scalp treatments, essential oils with the aroma holder, a gua sha tool, and a phone for audio guidance or a session timer.

Usage

This beechwood gua sha is designed for gentle fascia release, tension relief, and lymphatic flow - both in and out of the sauna.

Inside the sauna, you can use it with just your sweat as a natural glide. The warmth softens tissues, making it an ideal time for slow, intuitive strokes across the chest, arms, jaw, or legs.

You can also use the gua sha outside of the sauna with your favorite body oil or balm - whatever your ritual calls for.

Care

  • After use in the sauna, wipe clean with a soft cloth
  • Let it air dry for a few minutes in the sauna or a well-ventilated space before storing
  • Avoid leaving it on high-heat surfaces for extended time
  • If used with oils, wash gently with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly

Tip: Don’t store it while damp - always let it dry fully before placing back in your bag or pouch.

Usage

Made from smooth beechwood, this holder is designed to bring scent into your sauna ritual - passively and gently. Add a few drops of essential oil directly into the inner dish and let the heat slowly release the aroma into your space.

To deepen the sensory experience, try bringing the holder closer to your nose at the beginning or end of your session. Pair it with slow, intentional breathing to ground yourself before entering or as you wind down after.

Care

  • After use, wipe the dish clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth
  • If oil buildup occurs, spot clean with mild soap and water, then dry immediately
  • Do not submerge in water or leave soaking
  • Let it dry fully between uses to maintain the integrity of the wood

Tip: Start with 2–4 drops of essential oil. Over time, you’ll learn what scent intensity feels best for your flow.

Usage

These slides are designed specifically for dry sauna environments - easy to slip on, comfortable to wear, and safe against high heat. Unlike most flip-flops or rubber sandals, they won’t absorb heat or burn your feet, even if left out during your session.

We don’t recommend using them in wet areas like steam rooms or showers - they’re meant for dry, high-heat spaces where grip and comfort matter most.

Care

  • Spot clean for most spills and surface marks. If they get especially dirty, you can hand wash them in the sink using a small amount of wool-safe detergent.
  • After rinsing, put them on briefly while damp to help maintain their shape and custom fit. Then, stuff them tightly with towels and let them air dry completely.
  • Not designed for water exposure - avoid submerging or wearing in wet environments.
