Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Miami, Florida with care and intention. Below are the details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery policies.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). During busy periods or launches, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

🚚 Domestic Shipping 

We currently offer two domestic shipping options:

USPS Standard Shipping

  • 3-5 business days (delivery times may vary for Alaska and Hawaii)

  • $8.99 flat rate

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75

UPS 2-Day Air

  • 2 business days

  • $25 flat rate

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method.

📍 Tracking & Delivery

All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Holidays are not considered business days.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. If you don’t receive it, feel free to reach out.


✏️ Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may choose:

  • Reshipment for a $5.99 fee

  • Store credit (minus the original shipping cost)

We cannot reroute packages once shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or issues caused by USPS

For added peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
