Care

• After use during your sauna session, wipe the tool with a dry cloth to remove any sweat or moisture.
• If using with oil (outside the heat), gently wipe off excess oil with a soft, dry cloth or lightly damp cloth.
• Do not soak or submerge in water, as this can damage the wood.

Use during or after your sauna session while the body is warm and soft. Hold the tool by its inner grip and apply slow, sweeping strokes across areas like the legs, arms, or hips. Use the curved edge to glide, or turn to the angled side for deeper fascia work. Move intentionally, always in one direction, and let each stroke bring you closer to release.
