The Embrace Diffuser Set (Set of 2 100% beechwood diffusers)

  • Lets you enjoy aromatherapy in shared saunas without disturbing others

Add 3–5 drops of essential oil evenly to the diffuser. Begin and end your practice with a few slow breaths near the diffuser for a more intense aroma. Then, set it beside you on the bench for a subtle background scent.

Because the wood absorbs essential oils, it takes about 4–5 days for the scent to fully dissipate. To avoid mixing aromas, wait at least 4 days before adding a new oil. Since the set includes two wooden diffusers, you can alternate them or dedicate each to a specific oil.
